Tufts' Human Factors & Ergonomics Society (THFES) is the pre-professional organization for students studying Human Factors Engineering, Engineering Psychology, and related fields. Founded in 1996 by David Aurelio, THFES is Tufts' chapter of the HFES National organization.

Throughout the year, THFES connects undergraduate students to various research and design-related opportunities and helps guide them through their career/course/major decisions at Tufts. The club provides events such as:
